Illustration Friday: Suspense- Grasp of Pestilence

So this Illustration Friday, we were given the word "Suspense". Here is another pairing of characters in my story, this time the symbolic horseman is Pestilence; a gross, grimy, disturbing figure dawning a porcelain baby mask. Due to his characterization I wanted to make him just repulsive and dirty looking.
